The Annexe
The Annexe is totally self contained, comprising of a comfortable cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove for those cosy winter evenings, plus a flat screen tv with free view and a dvd player with a small dvd library.
The hallway leads to a bright and airy kitchen/dinner with a conservatory leading off from it, from which you can access your own private garden which is mainly laid to lawn with a patio and seating area, plus access to your own 2 car parking space.
The kitchen is fitted out with an electric double oven and ceramic hob plus built in dishwasher, washing machine, fringe/freezer. Stair case off hallway leading too 2 double bedrooms and a fully fitted bath/shower room.
Central heating through out , under floor heating down stairs.
